Ellen Choe, President
Ellen Choe is the president of EVP, which is comprised of business plan writers, market analyst, MBAs, and financial analysts that specialize in visa related business plans. The team has written over 700 plans written for the EB-5 program. EVP brings to the forefront a process of creating plans through the maximization of the teams expertise and strengths. With an undergraduate bachelor degree from the University of Southern California, she has progressed throughout the years from positions regarding marketing, to management, to director of operations.
Kyungmin Chang, Financial Specialist
Kyungmin Chang brings a wealth of knowledge with over 8 years of corporate experience. He joined the EVP team in 2013 and oversees the market analysis, competitive analysis, and financials. In addition to writing business plans, he leads the market feasibility studies for clients. Prior to joining the EB -5 space, Mr. Chang was a Strategy Marketing Director for Fortune 500 companies like Nationwide Mutual Insurance and Proctor & Gamble which trained him to think strategically about brand positioning in the marketplace and assess market viability for various products. Before obtaining his MBA, he was a Financial Analyst for Ford Motor Company and was a consultant for multi-million dollar stores in the automotive industry. His expertise lies in strategic planning, market assessment, and financial analysis in order to ensure business viability for clients. Mr. Chang is a graduate of Northwestern University in Economics and also received his MBA from University of Wisconsin –Madison.
MeeHae Cho, Director of Operations
MeeHae Cho is the Director of Operations for EVP and joined the team in 2013 as a business plan writer but soon progressed to her current position after displaying her tenacity for efficiency. The Australian native has a diverse work experience that ranges from management to analyzing large scale development plans for multiple companies for her previous employer the American Building Cleaning Company.
MeeHae has a bachelor’s degree in Social Work from the University of Sydney, Australia where she spent a tremendous amount of time on volunteer work with the elderly and handicapped. MeeHae continued to volunteer in foreign countries like Thailand with Grace Homes for Girls where she taught English and gave piano lessons.
Joseph Ornelas, Plan Manager
Joseph Ornelas is a Plan Manager for EVP, LLC, and has been working in the EB-5 industry since August 2014. Prior to working within the EB-5 industry, Mr. Ornelas had worked in both the public and private sector for over 10 years, where he worked in sales, management, and even served as a Public Safety Dispatcher for the California Highway Patrol.
